Description
Mesh 200g boiled potatoes, Add 2 tablespoons of Shyam Paratha Masala to the mashed potatoes and mix well, Add chopped coriander and green chilli to the potato mixture. Mix everything thoroughly, and your stuffing is ready. in another bowl , take 1 cup of flour and add salt according to your taste preference. Gradually add water to the flour and mix it to form a soft dough. Take a small ball of the prepared dough, place a portion to the prepared potato stuffing in the center of the rolled-out dough, Cook the rolled-out paratha on the hot griddle until both sides turn golden brown, applying ghee on both sides as needed. Serve the hot paratha with curd (yogurt) chutney or ketchup according to your preference
