Description
Recipe : In a bowl, mesh 200g boiled potatoes, Add 1 tbsp of Shyam sandwich masala to the mashed potatoes. Add chopped coriander and green chili to the potato mixture. Mix well, If you like, you can also add chopped vegetables like onions, paneer, carrots, sweet corn, or any other veggies of your choice to the potato mixture. Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one side of each slice. Place a generous amount of the potato stuffing, now grill stuffed bread in the griller or you can grill on pan.Serve the hot and crispy stuffed sandwiches with ketchup, chutney, or any dip of your choice on the side.
