Description
Recipe: Put 3 tbsp oil/ghee in a pan and fry 2 finely chopped onions till golden brown. Add 2 tomatoes puree, 1 1/2 tbsp shyam pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and salt as per taste and fry, now add 400 gm boiled vegetables (Potato, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum and peas) mash and cook for 2-3 minutes, add 1 tsp butter and chopped coriander, apply butter to the pav and cut it. Serve hot with onion and lemon
