DHABA DAL TADKA MASALA

RECIPE
1. Prepare your dal (toor dal, moong dal, or masoor dal) by boiling it with salt and turmeric.
2. In a pan, heat ghee or oil.
3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
4. Add tomatoes, green chilies, and a spoonful of the Dhaba Dal Tadka Masala.
5. Mix in the cooked dal and simmer for 5-10 minutes
